Common heights are usually 140mm and 150mm, while the height of three-dimensional warehouse shelf pallets can reach 160-175mm.

2) The height and thickness of the pallet make it update smoothly and not easily collapse when the goods are turned over.

In this way, when the forklift enters the fork, the operation difficulty of the staff is reduced, and the broken rate of the pallet is effectively reduced.

3. The load-bearing difference of plastic pallets

1) Compared with ordinary pallets, three-dimensional warehouse shelf pallets have higher load-bearing capacity.

2) Generally speaking, the load-bearing capacity is about half a ton higher.

3) The three-dimensional warehouse shelf tray generally adds the number of steel pipes according to the weight of the goods.

4) The more steel pipes, the better the load-bearing capacity and the lower the curvature value.

4. Structural differences of plastic pallets

1) The structure of the three-dimensional warehouse shelf pallet is more anti-skid than the ordinary pallet.

2) Not only the surface is non-slip, but the bottom is also designed to be more comprehensive.

3) According to the actual use, there are round anti-skid strips and square anti-skid strips.

4) The four corners of the plastic pallet are also designed with corrugated strips, which can effectively prevent the shrink film from slipping off the pallet and better protect the goods.
