How should plastic pallets be used in low temperature in autumn and winter? 

If the general mixture is used, low temperature will lead to increased brittleness, reduced toughness and reduced flexure of plastic. If combined with the brutal operation of plastic pallets, it will directly lead to the failure of plastic pallets.

So what do we do? The first use of the new plastic pallet, we use high impact strength high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic raw material using a one-time molding technology, in the winter of low temperature use is good, especially in the cold storage. But even the best products need care.

Three suggestions for the use and maintenance of plastic pallets in winter:

1.Plastic pallets are strictly prohibited from being exposed to the wind and sun in the open air, and plastic pallets are used indoors as far as possible.

2.Compared with the summer plastic pallet in winter, the toughness of the plastic pallet will decline, easy to brittle, when operating to take gently, is strictly prohibited to throw randomly.

3.It is forbidden to fall the plastic pallet from the height, and it is forbidden to hit the goods on the plastic pallet from the height.
