If it is said that it can be used for a few years, many people will think that single-sided plastic pallets are less durable. Is that true?

One-sided plastic pallets can theoretically be used for 5-8 years. The key is to look at the usage habits and other aspects. Plastic pallets have different service life due to different use environments and frequencies, and the load-bearing goods and storage environment, but customers will generally replace them in 3-5 years. There are a few points that cannot be ignored for the length of plastic pallets you want to use:

1. When stacking plastic pallets, consider whether the weight of the bottom layer of plastic pallets exceeds the standard;

2. When using a forklift, the size of the fork should be suitable for the size of the plastic pallet to avoid damage to the pallet. Try to extend the fork into the pallet and lift and place it steadily;

3. Idle plastic pallets should be cleaned and kept dry, especially to avoid damage to plastic pallets by corrosive chemicals.
