1)Flat double-sided plastic pallet

Flat double-sided plastic pallets mostly adopt large double-sided welding structure, which is divided into two injections and then welded into a whole process. The raw materials for processing such pallets are the same as most ordinary plastic pallets, generally polyethylene (PE) material or polypropylene (PP) material, suitable for shelf use and stacking use:

①Shelf use, because the product can be used on both sides, it can meet two shelf spans at the same time when the goods are loaded on the shelf.

②Stacking use, flat double-sided pallets are very suitable for stacking two or more pallets on top of each other, and because of the product design, they are more widely used, and are also suitable for some small-packaged products.

2)Grid double-sided plastic pallet

 The front and back sides of this type of pallet are both grid-like, and both sides can be used. They are generally made of polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP), plus some performance-improving additives through injection molding. Pay attention when choosing a grid double-sided plastic pallet. Because of its low jack, the cattle trailer cannot be used together and can only be used for mechanical forklifts.

Grid double-sided plastic pallets are also suitable for shelves and stacking, and are often used in food factories, chemical plants, fertilizer manufacturing, cold storage and other industries.
